At Prestige Tax Service USA–GES, we strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with our professional tax preparation and filing services.
Service Fees
All service fees are final once a tax return has been prepared, signed, and accepted for electronic filing. Because our services involve time, expertise, and submission to tax authorities, we do not issue refunds for completed filings.
Errors and Corrections
If an error is made by our preparer, we will correct and refile the affected return at no additional cost.
If a client provides incorrect or incomplete information that causes a filing issue, any amendment or correction may incur additional fees.
Bank and Refund Products
Refund Transfer fees, bank processing charges, or other third-party service fees are non-refundable and governed by those providers’ policies.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel before filing begins, you may request a partial refund of any prepaid service fees, less any time or administrative costs already incurred.
